Everything in it

Built for the way a tour actually works.

This is the whole toolkit Stone Ledge Digital uses to run comedians' accounts. Nothing here is a placeholder, we use all of it every week.

The reason it exists

Every fan on a map, with their zip

Other tools store an email address. This stores where someone actually lives, which is the only thing that matters when you sell tickets in one city on one night.

  • Fans sign up with a zip, from your site, a QR code at the merch table, or a DM.
  • Every fan is geo-tagged automatically, no work from you.
  • Open the map and see exactly where your audience is, city by city.
  • Use it to decide where to book next, or screenshot it and send it to your agent.
  • Export the whole list to CSV whenever you want. It is your audience.

One click, then it runs itself

Shows that promote themselves

Add a date and the venue address. We geocode the room, work out who is close enough to drive, and handle the rest on a schedule.

  • Emails and texts go only to the fans within range of that specific show.
  • Everyone else never sees it, so they stay willing to open the next one.
  • Auto promotion runs on a schedule: on announce, two months out, one month, one week.
  • Your public website updates itself, and past shows drop off on their own.
  • Drag the radius to see exactly who is about to get the message before you send.

Content

Post everywhere from one place

One upload, one caption, every platform, with per-platform settings when you need them and a calendar so you can work ahead.

  • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and more from a single composer.
  • Per-platform controls: Reels or feed, first comment, TikTok privacy, YouTube title.
  • A full calendar view of what is scheduled and what already went out.
  • A built in reel editor: cut it, add timed text hooks, adjust speed, zoom, and color.
  • Trial Reels for Instagram, including fresh unique variants so you can test properly.

Your front door

A website built to collect

Drag and drop whatever you want onto it. The difference is that it is designed to capture emails, phone numbers, and most importantly locations.

  • A shows block that detects each visitor's location and shows them the nearest dates.
  • If nobody is near them, it swaps in your signup form so you capture them anyway.
  • Blocks for a countdown, FAQ, gallery, tip jar, contact form, and more.
  • Connect your own domain, and we set up the www version automatically.
  • Templates to start from if you do not want to build it from scratch.

New fans, on autopilot

Comment to DM, then a real conversation

Someone comments on a reel and gets a DM. What happens next is where most tools stop and this one keeps going.

  • Trigger on a keyword, or on any comment on a tracked post.
  • The DM goes out through the official Instagram API, from your verified account.
  • Hours later the automation can follow up in that same thread, on its own.
  • It can ask for their phone and zip, check the answers are real, and save them.
  • A bad answer gets a polite re-ask. A good one lands them geo-tagged on your map.

Paid, without the headache

Ads you never open Ads Manager for

Use the clips already sitting in your library and put money behind them, without touching Meta's interface.

  • Run to a market you are actually touring, by city or radius.
  • Or a lookalike built from your real fan list, not a guess.
  • Or straight to the people who already follow you on Instagram.
  • We build the Meta audience for you in the background.
  • Spend bills to your own Meta account, never through us.

Talking to people

Texting and one inbox

Your own number, and every platform's messages in one list so you are not opening five apps to answer people.

  • You get a dedicated number, in the area code you pick.
  • Texts are billed at cost, so we do not make money on your sends.
  • Read and reply to DMs from every connected platform in one place.
  • Replies route back to you on your own number.
  • STOP and opt-outs are handled automatically, so you stay compliant.

So you can actually use it

The Academy, and support from a human

The part most software skips. You are not handed a login and wished good luck.

  • Video walkthroughs of every part of the software, start to finish.
  • The content videos my own editors watch, covering how we make clips.
  • New features get added constantly, because we are building it for our own clients.
  • Support goes straight to a person who actually knows the software.

All of it, for $97 a month.

No tiers, no add-ons, no paying more as your list grows.
