Bigger Draw is a software platform operated by Stone Ledge Digital LLC ("Bigger Draw," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both the comedians who use Bigger Draw and the fans who sign up to hear from them.

Information we collect

From comedians who create an account: name, email, password, billing details (processed by our payment provider), and the content they create. From fans who opt in through a comedian's sign-up page: the contact details they provide, such as phone number, email, name, and zip code, along with their consent to be contacted.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages about upcoming shows from the comedian you signed up with, sent through Bigger Draw. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you asked for.

How we use information

We use the information to provide and operate the service: to let comedians manage their fans and shows, to send the texts and emails that fans opted in to, to process payments, to measure link clicks and performance, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example our messaging, email, hosting, and payment providers), and only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law. Fans' contact information belongs to the comedian who collected it and is used to contact those fans on that comedian's behalf.

Your choices

Fans can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
