These terms govern your use of Bigger Draw, a software platform operated by Stone Ledge Digital LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Bigger Draw helps touring comedians manage fans and shows, post to social platforms, build a website, and send text and email updates to fans who have opted in. We may update or improve the service over time.

Accounts and billing

Bigger Draw is 97 dollars per month after a free trial. You provide a payment method when you start, and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time. Text messages are sent using prepaid credits at the posted per-message rate. Fees already incurred are not refundable.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send and for having proper consent from the fans you contact. You agree to follow all applicable laws and carrier rules, including obtaining opt-in consent before texting fans, honoring STOP requests, and not sending prohibited content. You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful, or harmful messages.

Text messaging

Messages are sent only to recipients who have opted in. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the platform or its users.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
